When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and whatever you write about what you are trying to build. Budget range and timeline are optional.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. GA4 drops cookies that record anonymized page views, referrers, and rough geographic region. It does not collect personal identifiers unless you submit a form.

Form submissions are used to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to send information related to your inquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners.

Analytics data is used to see which pages are read, which CTAs work, and where the site breaks. Nothing more.

We use Netlify Forms to receive submissions. Netlify stores them on its infrastructure and forwards an email to us. Their privacy notice is at netlify.com/privacy.

We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis. Google's privacy terms apply at policies.google.com/privacy.

In the future, we may use Klaviyo or a similar service to send occasional newsletters to people who opt in. Every message will have a one-click unsubscribe. No one is added to a list without explicit consent.

We keep form submissions for as long as the working relationship is active, plus a two-year tail for reference. After that, records are deleted unless there is a legal reason to keep them longer.

Analytics data is retained per Google's default GA4 retention (currently 14 months).

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct something, or delete your records entirely. Email the address below and we will handle it within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data rights, those rights apply to your data too. Same process: email us.
